من بين مصادر الربح الرئيسية للفيسبوك الإعلانات و تعتمد الفيسبوك في

أولا تقوم بالذهاب للإعدادات في حسابك على الفيسبوك settings
تذهب إلى الإعلانات ads
تضغط على Opt out

تقوم بحذف الخاصية عن طريق الضغط على Opt out
الخطوة الثانية هي الذهاب إلى موقع تحالف الإعلانات الرقمية Digital Advertising Alliance لكي تمنع فيسبوك من مشاركة أو بيع بياناتك مع جهات أخرى .
كل ما عليك هو اختيار Facebook Inc و تضغط على submit your choices .
و إذا كنت ترغب بمنع شركات أخرى تستعملها من بيع أو تبادل بياناتك تتبع نفس الطريقة.
